Universal insulation breakdown tester UPU-10 is designed for testing the insulation properties of the electrical equipment with an AC sinusoidal voltage of 50 Hz frequency.

Due to the high output current, UPU-10 can also be used for testing the insulation braiding of large electric machinery with AC voltage.
