XLPE cables sheath tester UPZ-80-10 is designed for testing the sheath of cables made of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), as well as preliminary and accurate location of the sheath faults. UPZ-80-10 could be used for transforming the high-resistance defects in signal, control and communication cables.

UPZ-80-10 is a portable monoblock device.
